Tel Aviv Set for Tourism Boom as Waldorf Moves In
Famous hotel chain is set to open hotel in Tel Aviv
It has been announced that one of the world's most famous hotel chains is looking to open a new luxurious hotel in Tel Aviv. Waldorf-Astoria, noted for its decadent and lavish styling and service, has already graced the Middle East with its branding, but the latest offering will prove attractive for Israel's booming tourist sector.
Tel Aviv is already popular for both holidays and business, with the Middle Eastern retreat being the most expensive city in the region. Home to nine of Israel's 15 home grown billionaires, the exciting destination gives holidaymakers a luxurious and once in a lifetime break. And with famous locations such as Hilton Beach, Tel Aviv Port's boardwalk, and the largest park in the city, Hayarkon Park, there are plenty of sights for visitors to explore and enjoy.
The Waldorf-Astoria collection has spread from New York across the world, offering exquisite accommodation for those wanting luxury places to stay. With hotels already open in Jeddah, Rome, and Jerusalem, the latest planned development in Tel Aviv signals an important step in offering luxurious accommodation for those visiting this popular city. Believed to include 30 residential suites and a possible 220 guest rooms the new Waldorf-Astoria will be located on the beachfront, next to Tel Aviv Hilton, offering fantastic ocean views. As the Middle East continues to prosper from an increased attraction for both business and tourism, a high class hotel will certainly appeal to many.
