New EasyJet Flights Offer Zagreb Service
easyJet are to start offering flights to Zagreb from London Gatwick
Low cost airline easyJet are set to offer flights to the Croatian city of Zagreb from London Gatwick. Providing another route to a nation that is becoming very popular with British travellers, the service is due to begin on 11th February.
With February 14th less than a month away many people may be looking for romantic spots in which to spend Valentine's Day with their lover. Whilst Paris immediately springs to mind, other interesting destinations exist within Europe and are perfect for enjoying a romantic holiday. With the new London Gatwick to Zagreb route starting in mid February it is the ideal time for couples to explore this fantastic city.
The country's National Tourism Board have described the architecture of the Croatian city as dazzling and likely to take tourist's breath away. With plenty of parks and museums to explore, a winter break to this bustling metropolis could be ideal. For Valentine's Day in particular, picking up a gingerbread heart, or licitar, as it is known in Croatia, could be the perfect gift.
The expansion of routes from easyJet will mean that British travellers can now travel to several Croatian locations, including Dubrovnik and Split, with the low cost airline. With a flight time of less than two hours, and fares starting at very affordable prices, the new services from Gatwick could prove invaluable to those wanting a quick and easy romantic break.
