Madrid Gains New Lounge For Business Passengers
Business Passengers set to Gain New Lounge at Madrid Airport
It has been revealed that a business lounge for use by Iberia passengers is to be opened in Madrid. The facility which will open on 3rd March will also be available to use for those travelling aboard American Airlines and British Airways services. The facility will provide travellers with the perfect place to relax during their journey.
Madrid is an important travel hub for British travellers, with many connections to the Americas flying directly from the airport. As international flights between Miami and Madrid change to the airport's zone F on March 3rd, Iberia has set this as the date that the new lounge services will also become accessible.
6,000 square metres in size, the lounge can accommodate 120 people and has fully integrated services for those flying in the upper classes to fully relax and rest before or during their journeys. Showers are available for those who wish to freshen up, whilst those who may be travelling with children will have access to a playroom. A range of beverages including both alcoholic and non alcoholic will be available, and for those on outbound journeys, free snacks will also be on offer. Meanwhile, for those who want to catch up on business activity a fully equipped business centre is available, as are high speed internet connections.
Located next to zone E's security checkpoint the lounge will be available for guests from 13.00 to 21.00, providing the perfect service for those waiting for connections in and out of this busy airport.
