Flying With bmi to Become More Comfortable
Popular British airline bmi has revealed that they are to refurbish their short haul services, bringing more comfort and luxury to their passengers. Those travelling with bmi will be able to enjoy new leather seats, plush new interiors and additional fixtures and fittings to make the ambience and comfort of their travelling space more pleasant.
Travelling to a range of destinations across the planet, bmi announced that the refurbishment project is expected to be finished by the summer, offering better services to all travellers on the airline's flights. The Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft which are used for bmi's short haul flights will have more than just leather seats installed, with new bulkheads, curtains and carpets being added. Cabin lighting is also being adapted to bring a greater sense of space to the aircraft, allowing passengers to relax with more ease.
Talking of the changes, bmi's chief executive officer, Wolfgang Prock-Schauer said "We are committed to improving our customers' experience and continue to ensure that bmi is in a position to deliver a truly competitive product in the marketplace."
In addition to bmi improving the comfort and ambience on their short haul flights, the company have also expanded the number of services they offer to British travellers. Having added important routes to Stavanger, Bergen, Marrakech and Casablanca from Heathrow all due to start in April, the airline is expected to be more in demand than ever before.
