Tampa Flights Increased For Floridian Holidays
British Airways Increase Flights to Florida's Tampa
For many British holidaymakers Florida still remains as popular as ever. Fantastic weather, a host of attractions including the ever popular theme parks, and a wide range of convenient travel makes this American state very attractive for many families booking their holidays. And with British Airways now increasing their services to the city of Tampa, getting to Florida is even easier than before.
Having won the accolade of the third best airport in the USA from the readers of Conde Nast Traveller magazine, Tampa is an ideal hub for visiting Florida, whether travellers want to stay in the city itself or move onto other locations. A vibrant city, Tampa has an eclectic mix of cultures which gives visitors the ideal opportunity to experience something a little different. A Caribbean flavour can be felt throughout the city, whilst in Ybor City there is a very Latin feel to be discovered. Meanwhile, with Tampa being under 90 minutes drive to Orlando, the popular theme parks of Disney and Universal Studios are within easy reach.
Travel to Florida is very easy, with a great range of flights being offered from a variety of British airports. Additionally, British Airways have now revealed that they have increased their Gatwick based services from five per week to daily. And with the summer holidays on the horizon, more individuals are likely be looking to take advantage of these additional flights to visit Florida this year.
