New First Class Kits Provided by Etihad
New Complimentary Kits Offered to Etihad Passengers
It has been revealed by the national airline of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) that new amenity kits are to be offered to their First Class passengers. Etihad Airways announced that male and female kits have now been launched on flights between Abu Dhabi and London in addition to a number of other top destinations.
Rolling out the new high-spec amenity kits on routes between Abu Dhabi and London in addition to Sydney, Paris, Melbourne and Geneva, premium class passengers will be able to enjoy luxury like never before. Included in the kits are ear plugs, socks, eyeshades, a toothbrush and toothpaste. In addition the ladies kits include La Prairie lip balm, hand cream and moisturiser, and a cosmetic pursed decorated with Swarovski crystals. Men meanwhile receive a leather cufflink box with Schick shaving cream and an Xtreme 3 razor.
Speaking about the new amenity kits to grace the airline, vice president of product and services for Etihad Airways, Lee Shave, said "In our market research, we found that very few airlines are developing products suited to the needs of female travellers, so we created these separate amenity product lines to suit to the specific tastes of both our male and female guests." He added that the products had been recognised in the industry, with the airline wining the World Travel Awards' World's Leading First Class. So with competition between airlines remaining high, extra perks and luxuries are sure to attract attention from premium passengers.
