2011's Top New Hotels Revealed

Travel And Leisure Magazine Publish the Worlds Top Fifty Hotels, Shanghai Being Home to two of Them.

In a new report published in Travel and Leisure, the world's top 50 hotels have been listed.  With those travelling for business and holidays wanting to get the best from their accommodation is vital.  And whether individuals have a small or large budget, hotel services and facilities can often make or break a trip.

With even the furthest reaches of the planet becoming accessible through an enormous range of flights, hotels are under a great deal of pressure to ensure that they can match the quality and luxury of flights.  For the best city hotels Shanghai was well represented with both the Waterhouse and Ritz-Carlton, whilst Las Vegas' Cosmopolitan is also an excellent place to stay.  Meanwhile, with Vietnam's increasingly popularity for holidays, beach hotel Six Senses Con Dao was represented whilst Thailand was hailed for Koh Samui's W Retreat.

For travellers who want luxury accommodation and chic surroundings many top destinations were listed due to their designer accommodation.  South America is destined to be a top spot for 2011 and Buenos Aries' Algodon Mansion got a particular mention, whilst closer to home the Cap Rocat in Mallorca and the Le Royal Monceau Raffles in Paris were also recognised.  So for those who want luxury accommodation and a great trip, those hotels gracing the list are excellent places to start looking.
