Better Business Class with BMI Flights
BMI Announce Better Business Class Services
British airline BMI has revealed that those travelling on flights to Almaty, Bishkek and Freetown are to enjoy more capacity and better Business Class services. With the routes to the destinations noting considerable demand, BMI will replace their current Boeing 757 with an Airbus A330.
From 25th June those travelling from Heathrow to Almaty or Bishkek will be able to make use of the large A330 aircraft on Saturdays, Mondays and Thursdays. Meanwhile, those travelling to Freetown from Heathrow on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays will also welcome the replacement of a former single aisle plane with the larger Airbus model. In addition direct flights will be possible due to the increased fuel capacity of the aircraft. With more seating the larger plane will offer 196 Economy seats and 36 Business Class seats with passengers able to enjoy reclining seats and more legroom.
Talking of the move, Chief Commercial Officer of BMI, Joerg Hennemann, said "The move from single aisle aircraft to a longer range, wide-bodied aircraft represents a substantial product upgrade for our customers travelling on these routes. Not only will it provide direct services but will considerably enhance our Business Class offering as well as ensuring that we are delivering a highly competitive product." And with the company's second A330 being used on routes to Dammam, Jeddah and Riyadh, travellers with BMI can expect more comfort and ease than before.
