It has been revealed that the popular New Zealand destination of Queenstown is to benefit from two new Hilton hotels which have been opened in the area. The country, which is still recovering from a number of natural disasters, remains a great travel hotspot. And with the newest accommodation, visitors will be able to holiday in style on their trip away.
The hotels offer stunning views of Lake Wakatipu, and their location in the foothills of Remarkables mountain mean that both hotels provide a beautiful and scenic outlook for travellers.
Despite recent earthquakes New Zealand remains a huge draw for tourists, with millions exploring the country's stunning landscapes every year. For this reason the new hotels will provide ideal accommodation for travellers, offering a welcome place to relax and refresh themselves in. Chief executive officer of Destination Queenstown, Tony Everitt, said that the addition of the Hilton brand was vital for the town."The North American and Asian markets are very brand conscious, being able to offer them a Hilton hotel is a great boost for Queenstown," he explained.With a number of airlines, including Qantas, United and Air New Zealand, offering flights to the nation, British travellers can continue to enjoy a destination vastly different from the UK.
