New Flights to Madinah Announced by Qatar Airways
Qatar Airways reveals new destination route to Madinah
Qatar Airways has revealed that it is to launch a ninth destination this year, when they start offering new flights to Madinah. The route will be Qatar Airways' fourth route to Saudi Arabia and will offer the perfect travel option for those travelling within the Middle East on business or leisure trips.
Offering four weekly flights on the route, Qatar Airways will make use of an Airbus A320, and provide both Economy and First Class fares. Speaking about the new service, the Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Airways, Akbar Al-Baker, said “We are delighted to add Madinah to our global route network, further strengthening our presence in the Kingdom and clearly proving how important this dynamic market is for Qatar Airways. As the route to Madinah develops, we will also look to add frequency and capacity to improve connectivity even further.”
When the extra route in place, Qatar Airways will be offering 60 services a week to Saudi Arabia from Doha. This is almost double those offered just a few weeks earlier, significantly increasing the ease of travelling to the nation. Demand to Saudi Arabian locations has seen large rises in recent months, with new flights being added to reflect the increased interest. And with the latest service to Madinah, travel to the nation will be even easier.
