It has been revealed by Emirates that they are to connect to Scandinavia for the first time, with a new service having started to Copenhagen. Dubai's leading airline has added the service to the Danish capital, allowing passengers to make use of European flights which is particularly good news for British travellers, especially those who fly regularly. With Emirates known for its top quality service and innovative additions to cabin comfort, any new flight will be greatly welcomed, particularly those which offer additional connections to the ever popular Middle East.
Using an Airbus A330-200, the flights will provide a mix of three classes including 12 First Class Cabins and 42 Business Class seats with 60 inches of legroom and a large recline. Business passengers will also enjoy chauffeur services to and from the airport as well as being able to use the lounges in Dubai. And with hundreds of entertainment channels also available, both comfort and variety have been catered for.
Richard Vaughan, the Divisional Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations Worldwide for Emirates, said "Copenhagen brings a new and exciting dimension to the Emirates' network. Emirates' passengers from Scandinavia no longer need to travel to Germany to join our flights. They can travel directly from the Danish capital all the way to the Far East and Australasia, via our ultra-modern hub in Dubai."
