Premium Flights with American Airlines Gain New Amenities

The amenity kit will be available along with a pillow, duvet and slippers.

American Airlines have announced that travellers using their Business and First Class cabins will be offered a new range of luxury amenity kits. Including slippers, pyjamas, and Dermalogica products, the airline will introduce the kits from September 1st, giving passengers the latest in luxury customer service.

With the amenity kits being introduced on American Airline flights between London Heathrow and the U.S, the new services will be particularly welcomed by British individuals flying abroad. For First Class passengers aboard the airline's Boeing 777s, the amenity kits will also come with a turndown service, including premium duvet and pillow, quilted bed topper, nightwear and slippers. Meanwhile, for Business Class travellers enjoying the company's fleet of Boeing 777s, 767-300s and 757s, the amenity kit will also be available along with the pillow, duvet and slippers.

Vice President of Marketing for American Airlines, Rob Friedman, said that the company was the only U.S airline to offer slippers, pyjamas and quilted bed topper as part of its services. He added, "We believe this new suite of premium products is a wise investment because it enables us to provide an added level of comfort and style to the in-flight environment - a sentiment applauded by customers on international test flights earlier this month."
