New Latin Destinations for Flights with KLM
Latin flights with KLM
Dutch operator KLM has revealed four new Latin destinations for flights leaving the European travel hub of Schiphol Amsterdam Airport. With the Dutch capital being a prime connection hub for Europe, the airline will now offer routes to Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, Havana and Punta Cana.
With flights on the new routes now having started, there will be more opportunity to fly to Latin America with the airline than ever before. KLM partner Air France also flies to these destinations, resulting in passengers having optimum choice in services. Rio, Havana and Buenos Aires will have 17, 13 and 10 weekly flights respectively. Those travelling to the Dominican Republic's Punta Cana, meanwhile, will be able to use seven weekly services from Paris or Amsterdam.
Latin America is set to be a very popular tourist destination in 2012, with 2011 having noticed a surge of travel to countries in this region. With salsa and meringue beats, and iconic Latin passion, many jetsetters are keen to explore South American cities for a picture perfect getaway. For those travelling from Britain, KLM's new range of services from Amsterdam will make travelling to these hotspots easier than ever before.
