2012 Destinations for Low-Budget Travellers
Low budget destinations with fine attractions and activities
Egypt has become increasingly popular in recent years and there are plenty of flights to Cairo and Luxor available. Resorts such as Sharm El Sheikh offer plenty of deals for tourists and the country certainly has a large number of attractions and activities, such as tours of the Valley of the Kings and cruises along the Nile.
The US is a popular destination but it can be pricey to visit cities such as New York or Los Angeles. Other cities have plenty to offer, including San Diego. Attractions include the San Diego Zoo, one of the most famous in the world, Sea World, and a LegoLand Theme Park.
Poland has always been popular with low-budget travellers from the UK as there are plenty of budget flights available to cities such as Warsaw and Krakow, and there has been a great deal of development in recent years. The country has a number of holiday resorts now and luxury hotels there are among some of the cheapest in Europe.
Greece is a good option at the moment as there are plenty of deals to be found. The economy needs a boost and hotels are offering cheap options to encourage the tourists to visit. Athens and the Greek Islands are ideal holiday destinations as there are plenty of things to see and do.
