Gay Pride Comes to Lyon Every Summer

The streets of Lyon, France are a colourful destination for July. The air is full of excitement as the annual Gay and Lesbian Pride March comes to the city. The parade departs from Place Jules Ferry after midday and carries on until after sundown. It features elaborate floats and extravagant costumes, as well as a variety of musical performances by a colourful line-up of well-known musicians.
